Each applicant must provide a Government photo ID.
Each applicant must have at least one year continuous, verifiable employment.
The total combined monthly income of all applicants signing the lease must be at least two and a half times the monthly rent.
Applicants will be automatically denied for any of the following reasons: falsification of application, incomplete application, insufficient income, criminal conviction of a violent sex crime committed by applicant or dependents. illegal drug use by applicant or dependents, documented unruly or destructive behavior. FICO less than 580 or bad rental history(non payment of rent, late payment, lease violations, evictions, poor housekeeping, frequent noise complaints and continued action or inaction that resulted in an annoyance to a landlord, neighbor or neighborhood.
